Naomi Klein

Canadian author and social activist Naomi Klein sits down for an exclusive interview with the New Files. The author of Greek best seller "The Shock Doctrine," which is presenting an alternative to the German recipe of austerity according to its fans in Greece but has also been characterized as a naive and deeply flawed argument against entrepreneurial capitalism by its critics is challenged by Sofia Papaioannou on what could happen to the Eurozone if "The Schlock Doctrine" theory was to be put in effect in Greece. Also, for the first time Klein, who has always been seen as one of the most prominent supporters of the leading opposition SYRIZA party's  political platform outside of Greece, openly criticizes its role in Greek politics.
